i've led cross-functional initiatives end-to-end — concept through launch — and spent a meaningful chunk of my career mentoring engineers and setting reliability standards across teams. i care about clean execution and durable systems more than i care about the framework du jour.

spent a recent four-month stretch outside engineering running an insurance brokerage for entrepreneurs and small businesses. it sharpened how i think about risk, tradeoffs, and translating complex systems for non-technical stakeholders. now back to building software full-time.
